The founders of Test of Time Enterprises, LLC are an energetic trio of highly educated, motivated, visionary individuals bonded by a common goal.
They have recognized there is a significant need for developing an awareness and appreciation for diversity; and instilling a joy of learning for all ages, especially children.
They have chosen educational games as the instruments to address these needs so that schools, families and communities can “connect” with each other in a positive and encouraging environment.

Sylvia Alexander
I love learning new things and attribute this enjoyment to my experiences in elementary school. When you are young you are fearless and open to learning just about anything. People that can instill that sense of adventure and discovery, while providing an atmosphere of safety can make a life-long impression on a child.
That is why I’m so excited about Test of Time Enterprises, LLC, and its commitment to developing learning instruments that add the element of fun. What a great combination! Sylvia has worked for the State of Michigan for over 29 years where she has gained a solid background in Human Resource Management.
Ms. Alexander is an alumnus of Michigan State University where she majored in Interdisciplinary Social Science and Public Policy. She loves to listen to audio books, participate in treasure hunts, and solve puzzles of all kinds. She has two grown children and currently resides in Lansing, Michigan.

Bob Cavin
I take pride in learning and sharing my knowledge and experiences in education and business with young people to help them reach their career goals. I am very passionate about the continued economic growth of our community and I will help to empower young people to utilize their creativity in this effort as well.
Therefore, this is what inspired me to help develop Test of Time Enterprises, LLC. We are committed to producing educational products to help promote and stimulate: creativity, leadership skills, team building, and community development.
Bob Cavin has a diverse background in Education and Business Management. Bob worked for Lansing Community College for more than ten years serving in the capacity of Financial Aid Advisor, Adjunct Faculty (Student Leadership Academy) and Co-Advisor of the Atlanta University Center Transfer (AUC) Club. Bob has experience co-owing a floral business (Exquisite Center Pieces), whereby he was directly responsible for Sales and Marketing for five years and secured a major retail contract with Meijer. Bob currently works as President of Test of Time Enterprises, LLC.
Bob Cavin is a native of Detroit, MI. He is a graduate of Southeastern High School and Michigan State University majoring in Food Systems Economics and Management and a minor in Marketing. He loves to read, play sports, travel, meet people and spend time with family and friends. He has two daughters: Krystle – 18, currently attending Michigan State University & Ashley - 14 , 8th Grader at MacDonald Middle School & resides in East Lansing, MI.

Germaine Redding
I enjoy helping other people with developing new ideas and love to help find creative ways to motivate young people to believe in their dreams and goals. Life is what you make it and not using your mind to succeed is just another excuse to fail.
Being part of Test of Time Enterprises, LLC, gives me a great opportunity to share knowledge about how to succeed at making dreams become a reality. Test of Time Enterprises has made a commitment to help build our community by using education as a road map to success.
Germaine Redding has a successful background in Sales and Business Management. He has worked for Labor Ready Inc. the number one leading temporary staffing agency in the nation for over 8 years, as a Branch Manager of operations and sales. His performance with Labor Ready Inc. has been outstanding with sales growth year after year over and above annual budgets. He also own Redding Management, LLC, which is real estate property that is leased and managed daily with maintenance and everyday bookkeeping of properties.
Germaine Redding was born and raised in Detroit, MI. Cooley High School is where he graduated and Michigan State University is the college he attended for Criminal Justice and a minor in business. Germaine also is a graduate of the Lansing Community Micro- Enterprise Fund Program. He loves to travel and meet new people, enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. He has one son, little Germaine Redding II.
